A plan for one business's own assistant is on sale, a first payment can now be refunded, and new Terms of Service are in force. The changelog has the complete list.
Starter
Starter is $10 a month for one business's own assistant. That is an early price: it is guaranteed for your first 12 monthly billing cycles, and from 31 Jan 2027, or after the first 100 Starter customers, new customers pay $19 a month. It is monthly billing only, takes no discount or referral codes, and includes 1 assistant, 1 person, 3 places to deploy and no Rylvo badge. Your leads are kept while you are subscribed. See pricing.
A refund on your first payment
Email contact@rylvo.com within 14 days of your first payment on a paid plan, monthly or annual, and it is refunded in full through Dodo Payments, once per customer. Renewals, seats, other add-ons and wallet top-ups are not refundable, except where the law requires or under Dodo Payments' buyer terms.
The Free plan and limits
The Free plan includes 2 places to deploy, up from 1, and no longer includes new API keys; a key a Free workspace already holds keeps working. After a paid plan ends, the recovery window is 60 days, up from 30. When a trial ends and the workspace has more agents than Free includes, you have 7 days to choose which agent keeps running; the extras are paused, never deleted.

The Terms of Service dated October 18, 2026 apply to new accounts at once and to existing accounts from November 2, 2026. Read them on the Terms page.
