Bot answer availability on the status page
The public status page now shows whether bots are answering, alongside platform health.

The status page includes a Bot answers signal. An end-to-end check asks a bot a real question every 15 minutes and records whether the turn finishes successfully.
Why it matters
Infrastructure can appear healthy while an assistant is unable to answer. This signal measures the experience a visitor actually depends on, giving teams a clearer view of service availability alongside platform health.
For conversation-level investigation, operators can continue from the status signal into their workspace's traces and operational views.
