Retention Pack gives teams one way to extend history across four parts of Rylvo: traces, Mission Control audit history, audience data, and conversation storage. Choose an additional 30, 90, 180, or 365 days in Billing (Starter and Lite can add up to 30).
A coordinated view of retention
The shared retention card there shows the effective window for each area, and each area's settings page links to it. Individual add-ons remain available when a team needs to extend just one area.
Clear pricing when switching
The bundle is priced below the combined individual add-ons. When moving from individual add-ons to a pack, billing calculates the difference for the remainder of the month so the unused portion of an existing add-on is accounted for. Pack pricing and available discounts are shown before applying the change.
