Separate test and live conversation storage

Playground conversations can flow to dedicated test destinations while live traffic keeps its production route.

Conversation StorageTestingIntegrations

Conversation Storage distinguishes live channel traffic from Playground and test activity throughout capture and delivery. Teams can try a bot without mixing those conversations into records used for production reporting.

A clearer operational view

Live Saves, Sync Logs, and Dead Letter views offer Production and Test modes. Test entries are visibly labeled, and Live Saves shows the test destination for each save.

Destinations designed for testing

For database targets, the Schema Designer can generate test-table DDL based on the production schema, using a configurable suffix such as _test. Drivers that support a separate test database can use that destination instead. Webhook payloads include a source marker, so downstream systems can route test events too.

This provides a dedicated place to validate storage integrations before relying on them for live conversations.
