- Can I move my Chatbase bot to Rylvo?
- Yes. Paste the same website into Rylvo's builder and it reads the pages again in about a minute; upload any documents you had trained on. Then copy one line of code onto the site in place of the old embed.
- Do I need an OpenAI key to start?
- No. New workspaces index their website with no key and start with a 14-day Pro trial and trial AI credits. When those run out you add your own model key, and usage is billed by your provider at cost.
- Is there any Rylvo branding on the widget?
- Not on any paid plan. The widget shows your client's name, logo and colours. Free-plan widgets carry a small “Powered by Rylvo” link.
